Responsible for overall responsibility for all Transport related matters in the company with emphasis on: Maintain Smart Check vehicle reports and have repairs arranged if required and ensure all new vehicles are added and removed when required Update Syrinx System with Workshop reminders for Service, MOT, Tax and repairs and invoices are filled accordingly Assist Transport Manager with the onboarding process of new drivers. Update vehicle tracking system on regular basis and report any overspeed or Tracker issues to the support team Allocate suitable vehicles as per sites requirements Completed on hire/off hire vehicle on the system Assist the Transport Manager with the on boarding process of new drivers Assist with the management of vehicle/ driver / collisions (capturing the driver data, insurance claim forms) Assist with the Fors Practitioner to oversee FORS Membership and Audits Maintain upkeep of driver profiles on driver list. Remove drivers which are no longer current Payment of PCNs & Fixed Penalty Notices and submitting appeal applications if evident Maintain upkeep of all vehicle accounts and insurance Issue and record all movements of all the company fuel cards and produce reports were necessary. Ordering replacements and cancelling were required. Assisting with the creation & log of Transport Toolbox Talks Promote the Pod-Trak values and PALS behavioural Based Safety Programme in all aspects of this role Competence requirements – Knowledge of Word, Excel and office documents, Transport/Fleet & Fors
