Suzuki Vehicle Technician (Hybrid, Petrol, Diesel) Join the Prestigious John Banks Group We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician & MOT Tester to join our team at Bury St Edmunds. The Role As a skiilled and experienced Technician & MOT Tester, you will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service our customers expect. From routine servicing and repairs to diagnostics and MOT testing, your expertise will keep our customers’ vehicles in peak condition. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on hybrid, petrol and diesel vehicles to the manufacturer standards. Perform MOT testing in line with DVSA regulations. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work is completed to manufacturer specifications. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all vehicles are returned in pristine condition. What We’re Looking For Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent). Experience working on Hybrid, Petrol, and Diesel vehicles. MOT Tester certification is essential. A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring vehicle safety and performance. No need for advanced electrical systems training – this role is for skilled technicians who prefer hands-on work. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a busy workshop environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Full UK driving licence. What We Offer Starting salary of £34,000 per annum (negotiable) plus a competitive bonus scheme.
