Take a closer look at the role: Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Travel Administrator to join Cadillac Formula 1 team, reporting to the Travel Manager. What you will be doing: · Manage all travelling team members profiles, including keeping personal data up to date as well as loyalty card, frequent flyer details and visa information · Manage all travelling team members passports and renewals · Manage all travelling team members visas as necessary for Grand Prix and adhoc business travel · Arrange all international driving permits as required for main and second drivers of the travelling team · Arrange and manage travel itineraries for team members, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, car hire and visas · Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and approved budgets · Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements and expenses · Provide out of hours contact as and when required for all travel arranged by the job role · Responsible for all associated admin for the approved travel requests such as hotel, flight and credit card reconciliations, processing purchase requisitions and invoices · Provide additional support to the Travel Manager and Travel department when requested Requirements Essential: · Proven experience in managing travel arrangements in a fast-paced environment. · Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail. · Good inter-personal skills & ability to communicate at all levels with a strong commitment to providing excellent service. · Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines consistently and exhibit excellent problem-solving capabilities. · Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Desirable: · Experience of IFS · Experience of Sabre or similar GDS platform. · Previous experience in a Formula 1 or other sports team.
