RG Consultancy are working closely with an excellent not-for-profit organisation who are looking for an experienced accounts/payroll clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent role, working in a medium sized team (approx 5 staff members) and will liaise with senior staff and the external accountants and team. Duties will include: Bank reconciliations Assisting with month end duties (accruals and prepayments) Full end to end payroll using SAGE 50 (weekly and monthly) Dealing with pension queries PAYE, SSP/SMP/SPP, adoption and student loan deductions Deal with HMRC queries Reconcile control accounts to the general ledger Other ledger duties Benefits: Flexible start and finish times - 37.5 hours per week 25 days bank holidays Life assurance x2 Free parking and social environment
