Priory Hospital Roehampton, a registered hospital in London, is a welcoming and highly respected rehab facility, offering expert mental health and addiction treatment.
We support people facing a wide range of mental health challenges, providing specialist care for depression, anxiety and addictions. Our team offers tailored treatment for substance addictions, including alcohol, cocaine and heroin, as well as behavioural addictions like gambling. We also provide outpatient support for adults with eating disorders.

The Therapy Admin team operate across two Priory sites, Priory Hospital Roehampton and Priory Wimbledon Park Clinic. Front of house reception duties at Priory Wimbledon Park Clinic are also a responsibility of the team.
We are seeking an organised and professional Therapy Administrator to join our busy team. This pivotal role supports both our clinical team and valued clients, ensuring that every aspect of the client journey—from enquiry to appointment—is smooth, confidential, and handled with the utmost care. Are you an organised, compassionate, and proactive individual with a passion for mental health and wellbeing - We're looking for a Therapy Admin to join our growing team and help support our therapists and clients with seamless, empathetic care behind the scenes.
Reporting to the Therapy Administration Lead, they will be responsible for all administration surrounding the therapy department including:
• Processing of incoming referrals
• Support with client queries via telephone, email, and in person
• Communication with clinicians across multiple teams
• Liaising with insurer’s regarding client funding
• Ensuring client information is recorded and stored accurately
The successful candidate will have regular contact with clients and clinicians and therefore telephone and customer service skills are integral to the success of the role. The successful candidate will be efficient and have good organisation skills, working well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service environment and be comfortable using systems to input and record data. Experience in healthcare is desirable.
