2. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift
3. Cook to specification and work with recipes

Role Details:
You'll take on a full-time role in the kitchen under the supervision of passionate chefs alongside your training. You will gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and support the running of our kitchens, creating memorable moments and ensuring quality for our guests.
What Your Apprenticeship Includes:
1. Face-to-face and Skype/phone catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
2. On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
3. Reviews every 12 weeks with your Apprentice, Line Manager, and Trainer
4. Feedback sessions to discuss progress
5. Functional Skills in English and maths (if needed)
6. 30 hours paid work per week

Wage:
* 16-20 year olds: £8.60/hour
* 21+ year olds: £11.44/hour
Program Duration:
15 months towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard at Mitchells and Butlers.
