As a Senior Manager - Financial Planning, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, playing a pivotal role in crafting our future. Day to day As the Finance lead in the Customer & Operations, and People division alongside your team of 6 direct reports, you will create useful, insightful output that will help the business to organise and see through its objectives – ensuring delivery as planned, or that deviations to plan are communicated and mitigated Effectively business partner executive leadership with financial analysis, scenario planning, and long-term strategy. Run and optimise reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans aligned with company goals and market conditions. Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Actively seeks and identifies profit making / cash generating opportunities and leads on these building convincing business cases and gaining support. Coordinate and lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive informed strategic decision-making. About you Qualified Accountant, in ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent experience). Experience in developing financial cases for complex business strategies and the ability to devise and follow up on profit improvement programs. Role model great financial leadership to both your people and the wider Finance department. Previous experience of successfully managing a team of Finance professionals An effective Finance Business Partner driving change and improvements that align to the organisations objectives. Keen eye for detail and the skill to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Outstanding proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
