Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

The Role:
As a Junior Service Desk Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, resolving IT issues while gaining valuable hands-on experience. This role is ideal for someone starting their IT career who's keen to learn from industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client IT requests via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-ups.
2. Log and manage tickets in AutoTask, keeping clients informed of progress.
3. Provide remote IT support using RMM systems and address outstanding alerts.
4. Visit client sites in the South-East and London for on-site support as needed.
5. Monitor backup systems and maintain up-to-date configurations and policies.
6. Identify potential sales opportunities and refer them to the Account Management team.
7. Prioritise and manage the work queue, ensuring accurate task documentation.
8. Recognise when to escalate tickets and assist in timely resolutions.
9. Support installations and projects to aid the Projects team and develop your skills.
10. Maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and managing expectations.
11. Keep workspaces and tools organised for maximum efficiency.
12. Complete recurring tasks (e.g., backup and CCTV checks) promptly and accurately.
13. Identify opportunities for personal development to grow within the role.
