The Training Coordinator works directly with a high:visibility, high:impact training team focused on providing world class training (virtual, online and in:person) to develop skilled leaders and contribute to Valvoline's Training Solutions Teams efforts to equip and empower an organization of talented and vision:driven individuals. This role provides class and classroom coordination, SAP entry for proper process of invoice payments, maintains an online website of printed materials used by VIOC operations, manages logistics of Training materials, interacts with local hotels and restaurants for lodging and entertainment and ensures class rosters are accurate and pre/post work is complete.

Facilitate and execute all aspects of classroom preparation and calendar management which includes coordinating tours of the Lab and Corporate office; purchasing and providing all training materials needed; managing class registrations; coordinating, tracking and collecting Myers:Briggs assessments; administering pre/post testing in VIOC University; serving as a main point person for attendees and assisting in setup and tear down of training spaces and analyze course evaluations.
