Established by an Environmental Engineer, a Building Physicist, and an Architect, their unique approach to building design and company culture can't be replicated.
It's an environment that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation. An environment that sees every project and individual as unique; driven by a desire to design buildings that enhance people's lives.
When it comes to investing in new technology or software, their attitude has always been to just go for it, rather than getting left behind. All their Engineers use Revit MEP as a design tool, and their Sustainability Engineers have been using Rhino and all the relevant plug-ins such as Honeybee, Grasshopper, Ladybug, and Dragonfly to improve their energy modelling and building performance capabilities.
In addition to offering a nine-day fortnight, flexible working hours, and hybrid working of just 2 days a week in the office, you'll also have your own dedicated training and development budget allocated each year.
Working alongside the Mechanical Associate, you'll be given a project to lead from feasibility, through detail design and handover. You'll use your own initiative and experience to drive projects to completion, manage the mechanical team, lead design team meetings, and act as a single point of contact for clients.
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll assist with fee schedules, bids, and presentations, managing resources and mentoring Engineers.
You'll work on everything from mixed-use developments, resorts, hotels, universities, and schools.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer to join an employee-owned building services and sustainability consultancy in London.
