Description The eCommerce Developments team is recruiting an eCommerce Analyst to focus on the health of the platform along with overseeing and driving the fixes with the associated teams. The eCommerce Developments team are responsible for implementing, testing and building on the UX designs plus the requirements of our partnered brands and the overall content of the website. The role You’ll balance technical expertise with a strong understanding of how site performance, user experience, and operational stability directly impact business outcomes. Being highly skilled when it comes to data, you’ll use the resources available to you to inform decision-making, optimise the user journey, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. What else is involved? Monitoring & data analytics of speed and performance across the website, identifying bottlenecks, slow-loading pages, and other performance issues against KPIs/goals Assessment and prioritisation of drop outs providing actionable insights to enhance conversion Overseeing and driving associated fixes with systems, content and product owners Work with the development teams, product owners and product managers to prioritise and implement performance optimisation strategies. Act as a key point of contact with the Online Marketing Department for P1 issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. Analyse the root causes of critical issues and propose tactical and strategic solutions alongside stakeholders. Develop, implement, and maintain automated testing scripts to ensure the functionality and stability of all our platforms Liaise with the relevant teams to fix issues in a timely manner Coordinate the delivery of key site changes, such as adjustments to delivery, minimum order values, and other core website functions. Ensure that changes are accurately reflected across all platforms and that they align with business objectives. Monitor the impact of these changes on performance and user experience. Management of the sale events across the UK and International platforms You’ll be doing all this from either our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes.
