Responsibilities:
Work with sales & events team to implement pre-booked sales strategy
Manage calls, Live Chat, and emails to drive pub bookings and ensure premium customer experiences.
Utilise Collins for cross-selling, upselling, and increasing conversions.
Coordinate with Credit Control for accurate invoicing of key accounts.
Ensure venue information accuracy by liaising with teams.
Represent Fullers brand with professionalism and integrity.
Skills Required:
Consultative selling skills to maximise pre-booked revenue.
Ability to identify upselling opportunities and convert inquiries quickly.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities in a commercial environment.
Attention to detail, familiarity with Collins, and understanding of Fullers operations.
Effective relationship management and communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with a confident telephone manner.
