Substantial experience working with complex, multi-source data, and the ability to generate clear, actionable insights that shape business strategy and facilitate critical evaluation of new initiatives. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels, with the ability to tailor narratives to different stakeholders and needs, in particular, presenting analysis and complex outputs in a simple way for ease of understanding. Demonstrable experience in managing ambiguity and navigating complex, data-driven environments, with the ability to offer clear strategic recommendations. Awareness of core microeconomic principles and cost benefit analysis techniques; and the application of webTAG, Green Book, Magenta Book, and the Passenger Demand Forecasting Handbook.
