In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee our IT strategy, ensure seamless service delivery, and develop and champion effective and customer-enabling solutions to support our business objectives.

What You’ll Do
1. Review, define and execute enfinium’s IT and digital strategy, aligning technology with our business goals.
2. Ensure high-quality IT support across all sites and corporate functions, delivering a seamless IT service desk.
3. Lead technology decision-making, managing in-house and outsourced service models.
4. Drive data strategy, governance, and cyber security risk management.
5. Provide leadership on major business projects, including finance transformation and digital innovation.
6. Identify opportunities for efficiency and proactively manage emerging technology risks.
7. Inspire and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure IT solutions drive business success.
What You Bring
1. A proven track record of leading IT functions in complex, multi-site environments, with the ability to apply experience to an organisation of our size and ambition.
2. Strong expertise in IT service management, technology operations, and infrastructure.
3. Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation in a regulated or asset-intensive sector.
4. Deep knowledge of data strategy, governance, and cyber security risk management.
5. Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP implementations, and finance transformation programmes.
6. Experience with relevant applications, including AZURE Cloud, Dynamics 365, MS Office 365, PowerBI, and Snowflake data lakes.
7. Practical knowledge of LAN / vLAN / WAN / WIFI technologies and TCP/IP protocols.
8. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
