Job Title: Temporary Customer Administration Assistant Location: HR2 Duration: 6-8 weeks Job type: Part time 27.5 hours a week Pay rate: £13 per hour Job Summary: My Hereford based client are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Temporary Customer Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the customer service department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email Delivering product information and quotes to customers Maintain and update customer records into the database. Process orders and checking delivery dates Collating information to format product reports Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry Support the customer service team with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
