Your Responsibilities
1. Identify and appoint new distributors for Tier 2 markets globally with high level of focus on Pan EU region.
2. Understand the registration and regulatory requirements to import our range into new/ existing markets.
3. Negotiate contracts and purchase targets with new/ existing customers.
4. Build solid relationships with all customers to gain accurate forecasts for the Planning team.
5. Develop JBP’s to increase sales with our export partners.
6. Deliver detailed reports following market visits.
7. Build and sustain long- term relationships with all stakeholders.
8. Ensuring a consistent message communicated for the B2C portfolio globally.
9. Maintain excellent customer service.
10. Attend exhibitions and events internationally to promote the brands.
11. Carrying out any work which the company may from time to time deem necessary.
Your Profile
12. Minimum 5+ years sales experience within international sales- human healthcare.
13. Experience within Health & Wellness or VMS category.
14. Proven track record of sales growth and account management.
15. Strong commercial skills and ability to close sales.
16. Excellent commercial acumen and proven new business hunter.
17. Demonstrable ability to self- motivate and manage multiple priorities.
18. Passion about Health & Wellness.
19. Excellent IT, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
20. Drive, determination and enthusiasm.
21. Excellent presentation, attention to detail and communication skills.
22. Strong organisational skills.
