HR Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £25,456
Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic organisation in Wolverhampton, seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will join a welcoming and friendly team of HR professionals, serving as the primary point of contact for routine employment queries. The successful candidate will handle recruitment activities, manage updates to the HR/Payroll system, produce contracts of employment, and undertake various other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare contracts of employment for new hires and manage monthly payroll changes
2. Monitor and track sickness, documenting outcomes
3. Ensure staff compliance with the latest legislation
4. Serve as the first point of contact for managers and staff regarding routine matters
5. Oversee recruitment documentation
6. Maintain accurate data in the system
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant is required
2. CIPD qualification is desirable
3. Excellent telephone manner and skill in handling both telephone and in-person enquiries are essential
4. Experience using an HR/Payroll database
5. Basic knowledge of employment law
6. Understanding of the recruitment process
