About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join our team at Starbucks - Cobra Coffee. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of baristas to create a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for our customers
* Work closely with the store manager to identify opportunities to drive store profitability and business growth
* Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties, and upholding operational policies and procedures
* Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results
* Support the growth and development of your team members through coaching and performance management
