Sales Manager at CityRise - Leading a winning team of Property Investment Experts
Having recently won large contracts to sell prime new build property developments in key areas of the UK's major cities, we are now looking to expand our team of Property Investment Consultants.
This is a great opportunity to become a valued member in a leading property investment company whereby the top performing salespeople are very highly rewarded with a generous, uncapped commission scheme.
About Us:
CityRise specialise in property investment sales across the UK’s major cities. We work with property developers to bring exciting property investment opportunities to the market. Most of our investments are sold off-plan to investors across the UK and overseas. You will be responsible for dealing with a range of clients from first-time investors to high net worth individuals with large property portfolios.
We offer all our investors a completely hands-off service including the delivery and installation of furniture, a comprehensive rental management service, as well access to a recommended panel of mortgage brokers and conveyancers.
What Will You Receive?
Basic Salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE)
Average commission of £1,300 per sale
Yr 1 realistic earnings of £50,000+
Yr 2 realistic earnings of £80,000+
Uncapped commission
Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales incentives
Birthday day off after passing probation
1 day per week WFH if sales target hit month prior

What Can You Expect?
We provide our sales team with hot inbound leads every day, generated through various marketing channels. Some days will be filled dealing with a high level of inbound enquiries and other days you will be expected to hit KPI’s for outbound calls to our database of warm leads. Once you engage in conversation with a client, you are expected to professionally consult with them on their property investment requirements. Using taught product knowledge, you will then pitch the best investment property based on their requirements.
The best performing salespeople in this role are professional, articulate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, they should be able to handle objections with confidence, create urgency without being pushy and close sales over the phone. The role does involve some face-to-face meetings with clients, but the majority will be over phone, email and Whatsapp communication. It is therefore important you can build trust with clients through these lines of communication.
About You
To join us as a Property Investment Consultant we require:
* Must have experience in a similar, phone-based, sales role
* Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
* Ability to compose professional and literate emails
* Self-motivated, ambitious and hungry!
* Knowledge or experience in buy to let property
* A full, valid driving license
* Experience in closing sales to high net worth clients
