Amazon Candidate Connection Services (ACCS) team has an immediate opening for a Program Specialist in Prague. As part of Amazon’s Workforce Solution Candidate Services (WS CS) team, ACCS supports candidates through the high volume hiring (HVH) process through phone/email/chat and works with staffing teams to improve candidate experience by identifying and removing hiring barriers.
Candidates and staffing teams can contact ACCS for any issue during the application and hiring process. This customer service for candidates removes technical barriers in the hiring process, relieving local teams from providing applicant support, standardizes candidate messaging, and collects actionable data on candidate issues. Two tiers support the application experience:
1. ACCS Tier 1 provides email, chat and phone support for T1 WFS candidates across EU.
2. ACCS Tier 2 team handles escalations submitted by ACCS agents.
The Program Specialist will be working directly with the EU Program Manager(s) to support the ACCS programs and their expansion on new business lines and markets within Europe. They will also be involved in day-to-day operations, vendor management and cooperation with stakeholders.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Support and optimize internal and external processes.
2. Support implementation, reporting and monitoring of projects and initiatives.
3. Participate in development and monitoring of assigned projects, and provide administrative support.
4. Collaborate and coordinate with program manager, team and leadership to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.
5. Identify issues and propose corrective actions and process improvements.
6. Ensure that relevant documentation, plans, reports, etc. related to assignments are maintained and shared with relevant parties.
7. Track progress against defined goals, milestones, and communicate updates across relevant audience.
8. Be the go-to person for recurring process questions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Previous experience in project management/coordination/support.
2. Fluent in English and German - verbal, writing and reading.
3. Previous experience working in international and/or virtual teams.
4. Strong command of MS Office tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Knowledge of additional European language is a plus.
2. Experience working with Salesforce.
