Salary: 26,000 - 26,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Must be eligible for SC Clearance
* Entry level qualification (BTEC, CompTIA, Degree, or apprenticeship) in a computing related field
* Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and IT assistance
* Proficient in using an ITSM tool to manage tickets
* Skilled in provisioning and supporting IT equipment
* Understanding of IT reporting, SLAs, and KPIs
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Familiarity with technology principles such as Active Directory, M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, networking, management of mobile devices, and IT equipment provisioning
* Desirable: Microsoft Certification
* Experience in providing technical support over the phone and using a CRM/ITSM system to manage customer interactions
* ITIL Foundation or willingness to work towards it
Responsibilities:
* I provide technical assistance for various questions and problems.
* I respond to queries via chat, email, or phone.
* I resolve hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and printers.
* I diagnose system errors and other issues.
* I follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues and requests.
* I install or change software to fix issues or fulfill requests.
* I remotely access hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
* I use an ITSM tool to manage IT tickets effectively.
* I collaborate with other IT team members to provide timely customer resolutions and identify potential incidents.
* I build and issue IT equipment.
