SCROll STOP is growing, and we’re looking for a Campaigns and Content Assistant Manager to help lead our creative engine. If you’ve got a mix of content strategy, campaign management, and people skills, this one’s for you. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help shape campaigns from start to finish, manage creator partnerships, oversee shoots, and lead a small but mighty team. You’ll work across multiple brand accounts and be at the centre of our creative and campaign delivery. In this role, you will: Lead on content and campaign delivery: Take charge of planning and executing influencer and content campaigns from creative brief through to reporting. Own client relationships and creator comms: Be the point of contact for creators, managers, and brand partners, making sure everyone’s aligned and buzzing with ideas and results. Bring creative strategy to life: Collaborate with the wider team on content formats, concepts, and campaign messaging that delivers results. Direct and support on shoots: Plan, manage, and lead on content production days, making sure content looks incredible and aligns with campaign goals. Mentor and guide junior team members: Support day-to-day team delivery while helping build a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who: Has 2 years in management or creative content roles Understands social-first content and influencer marketing inside out Can confidently manage timelines, budgets, and creative delivery Is a natural communicator and team player with leadership potential Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Has experience in building and developing a team Chester (Office Based) £28,500 to £30,000 Full Time, Permanent
