About the role
We are excited to offer an excellent growth opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Brand Marketing Manager .
This role is perfect for a strategic and detail-oriented professional who has experience in brand collaborations, architecture, governance and marketing education.
The role will play a key part of a brand merger, supporting integration planning, marketing initiatives, and contributing to long-term strategy development. You’ll work across multiple teams, providing brand guidance, supporting campaign execution, use insights to inform brand and marketing investment, and helping to shape the future of our brand presence in both B2B and B2C markets.

Location : This role will require you to be onsite in Coventry at least 2 days per month.

About you
Essential:
5. You’ll have experience of working within a brand marketing function.
6. Experience in brand architecture and mergers
7. Good communication and engagement skills, providing relevant updates to key stakeholders to keep the brand moving in the right direction.
8. Good understanding of brand strategy and management.
9. Effective brand campaign management experience with excellent delivery.
10. Translate business strategy to brand strategy
