Site Manager - Coaching
We're looking for Site Manager (Coaching) to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team for our Severn Trent contract.
Location: Midlands - this role will require you to travel to a number of sites throughout the Severn Trent contract region.
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager (Coaching) you'll be working within the Severn Trent site teams, supporting them as a site supervisor for the successful delivery of the Severn Trent area.
Your day to day will include:
* On-site site supervisor for the successful delivery of muti-site works within the Severn Trent Area
* When required, be involved with the subcontractors to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality.
* Ensure implementation RAMS, ITP's and permits on-site, when specified, in line with Company procedures
* Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside to the Operations Mangers
* Ensuring compliance with Kier processes and procedures via the Integrated Management System
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager (Coaching) is great for you if:
* Water experience in the construction industry preferred
* Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting
* Knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for task specific activities
* CSCS Card
* Excellent communication, people, and team management skills
