Description As a People Business Partner at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be a part of our growing People team to help our business meet its goals. The People team’s role is to attract, recruit, retain, develop, and motivate FBG team members to build an even stronger brand in talent and to contribute to a high-performing organization. The People Business Partner will report to the Director, PBP and partner closely with our FBG’s Casino, Growth, and VIP team. This role is based Hybrid out of our Dublin, Ireland or Leeds, UK office. Responsibilities ● Act as a supporting PBP for FBG’s Casino, Growth, and VIP functions. ● Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies in partnership with senior leadership. ● Take ownership of existing HR functions and programs across multiple business client groups, demonstrating strong initiative and working with minimal guidance. ● Proactively engage with business operations, anticipating needs, and supporting team members to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction. ● Take accountability and act as a trusted advisor for handling sensitive employee relations matters, consulting senior leadership and stakeholders for effective conflict resolution. ● Capable of conducting thorough investigations from initiation to conclusion, ensuring all aspects are meticulously covered. ● Empower leaders to build their people management skills, fostering a culture of continuous development to strengthen leadership capabilities. ● Monitor and evaluate workforce trends to assist the HR Director in strategic workforce planning and succession initiatives. ● Share best practices while also promoting 360 feedback within the HR team to drive continuous improvement ● Ability to conduct beginner-level data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making processes. Experience and Skills ● 3 years generalist HR or business partner experience ● Experience as an PBP supporting commercial teams and a global workforce a plus ● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences, influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including entry level internal communications experience ● Creative problem solver who takes initiative, meticulously executes ideas, and takes ownership to drive impactful outcomes ● Strategic HR and employment law experience ● Experience leading cross-functional collaborations and driving complex projects to successful completion. ● Exhibits strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment, fostering effective partnerships and making informed decisions to support business objectives. ● Familiarity with immigration regulations and processes to provide informed guidance and support ● Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
