Estate Agency Sales Administrator - Cheltenham - up to £30k (salary negotiable)
A fantastic opportunity to join this leading independent Estate Agency brand based in the heart of Cheltenham. They have built up an impressive and extremely successful business over the last several years and have won multiple industry awards! Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Administrator who has previous experience working in either Sales or Lettings. Within this role the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales team and the Director across all aspects of the sales process; from typing up property details, memorandum of sales, communications between vendor and purchaser and overall managing any administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administration preferably having worked in Lettings or Estate Agency.
You should have a natural ability to multi-task, manage a broad workload and have meticulous attention to detail is essential.
The role is office based and will involve:
1. Assisting the Sales Team, answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking messages.
2. Typing property descriptions
3. Offer letters, memorandums of sale
4. Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval.
