FF&E Designer
Location: Clerkenwell, Central London
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 p/annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented FF&E Designer to join an award-winning luxury interior design studio in the heart of Clerkenwell. Renowned for delivering beautifully detailed, high-end residential and hospitality projects in the UK and globally, the studio is known for its timeless design approach and impeccable attention to detail.
This role is ideal for a passionate and organised FF&E Designer or Senior FF&E Designer with a flair for sourcing, styling, and specifying high-end furnishings, finishes, and materials. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of prestigious projects, working closely with the wider design team to bring concepts to life through carefully curated and bespoke FF&E schemes.

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 p/annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver FF&E concepts and schemes for luxury residential and hospitality projects
Source and specify high-end furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories
Prepare FF&E presentations, mood boards, and sample boards for internal reviews and client meetings
Manage FF&E budgets, procurement schedules, and delivery logistics
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain samples, quotes, and lead times
Produce detailed FF&E specifications and coordinate with the technical team
Oversee installations and ensure FF&E design intent is maintained through to project completion
Support senior designers with project delivery and contribute creatively to the design process
Requirements:
Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar FF&E-focused role within the high-end/luxury sector
Strong portfolio showcasing bespoke FF&E schemes and completed high-end interior projects
Excellent knowledge of furniture, finishes, suppliers, and global design trends
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Excel, and presentation tools
Exceptional eye for detail, styling, and spatial awareness
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator, with experience presenting to clients and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants
