Job Description Bank Physiotherapy Administrator | Administration | Private Healthcare | Horley, West Sussex | Bank Ad-hoc shifts Spire Gatwick Park is currently looking to recruit for an Administrator on a bank/occasional basis to work in the Physiotherapy department. Duties And Responsibilities Welcoming, registering, and booking appointments, including the accurate collection of credit card details and patient information Booking outpatient insured appointments Booking follow up appointments Administration tasks within the booking team Management online bookings Clinic preparation /cancelling and building clinics Call handling Checking patients in on the reception desk Being the point of contact for consultants during their clinics Who We're Looking For A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent customer service skills High degree of accuracy in administration Great communication skills at all levels Experience in a customer service environment Experience with information management systems Contract: Bank 0 hours contract Hours: Shifts will vary between 8am, 10am or 12pm start working a 6 hour shift. We are looking for someone that will be available but especially available on a Thursday & Friday - potentially up to 3 days per week but shifts cant be guaranteed.
