Main duties of the job The Deputy Head of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience & Response (EPRR) is a high-profile role with Trust wide responsibility. Working with the Head of Emergency Planning, the post holder will support delivery of the NHS EPRR requirement and its portfolio for the Trust, ensuring the Trust remains resilient to incidents and disruptive events. Support the design, delivery and maintenance of a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) across all Trust directorates, delivery partners and supply chain; fulfilling the requirements of stakeholders and aligning the Trust to ISO 22301 providing assurance to regulators. Maintain the Trust's business continuity management system and ensure it stays relevant to the risk environment such as industrial action, terrorism or infectious diseases outbreaks.
