Two Circles is the exclusive sponsorship agency of UEFA Women's Football, and exclusive media sales agency for the UEFA Women's Champions League. With this partnership, we will also be supporting in a partnership management capacity, working as an extension of the UEFA Women's Football team. A Two Circles Partner Manager will account manage key sponsors within this portfolio. Requirements What you'd be getting up to? Responsible for building and managing day-to-day relationships with partners, and the fulfilment of their rights packages – including strategy, activation, analysis and evaluation. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, ticketing, legal and more… One week you will be planning rights and asset delivery, the next week on-the-ground helping bring visions to life, and then analysing performance data. On occasions, travelling within Europe to visit partners and UEFA. We are looking for a Partner Manager who will bring: Proven experience managing and activating partnerships for major brands within sports or entertainment (as a rough guide, we would expect circa 3-5 years working in this function) New ideas and an entrepreneurial approach to delivering value for sponsors A strong ability to demonstrate partnership ROI through data analysis A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/ opportunities An interest in building lasting relationships with clients, sponsors and stakeholders, ‘a people person’ A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail Fluent written and spoken English Our commitment to each other: You've seen the growth of women's football in recent years, and it's not slowing down This is just how we value you and your career, we are looking for someone, committed, ambitious, and at the top of their game, however, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide supportive working environment, and the opportunity to learn, develop and progress within your career.
