Your role involves front of house reception at estate properties, providing excellent customer service to residents, staff, visitors, and external contacts.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing reception duties and acting as the first point of contact.
2. Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
3. Handling correspondence and logging maintenance requests.
4. Liaising with maintenance teams and contractors.
5. Facilitating communication between residents and management.
6. Taking minutes of meetings and sharing them.
7. Processing orders and assisting residents with enquiries or complaints.
8. Supporting resident activities and liaising with social care agencies.
9. Providing administrative support to the estate and maintenance teams.
10. Maintaining administrative systems and ensuring GDPR compliance.
11. Coordinating safety checks and liaising with contractors.
12. Participating in residents’ activities and being on call one week in five.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualifications in administration or IT.
* Recent office experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Empathy and professionalism.
