We are looking for an efficient, conscientious, well-motivated and enthusiastic Minor Operations Booking Clerk with the skills to provide dedicated clerical support to both the clinical and administrative teams.
It is essential to help and support all members of the team by having a flexible approach to workload, additional tasks, and working patterns.
This will involve negotiating admission dates with patients and clinicians within all performance target deadlines, ensuring accurate recording of patient details onto the Trust's patient administration system and generating all appropriate documentation.
The Dermatology department is a high volume skin cancer service, so you must be able to work under pressure, delivering excellent patient care. We are ESNEFT and we provide hospital and community health services to almost one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex. Our dedicated staff deliver care from acute hospitals in Colchester and Ipswich, community hospitals, surgeries, community clinics, and in patients' own homes.
