In the role of Project Manager (Mechanical), you are responsible for the installation of large scale M&E projects. Your duties include:
1. Resourcing, development, and leadership of a team.
2. Defining and communicating project objectives and constraints.
3. Complying with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
4. Delivering the end product on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality.
Project Managers aim to maximise profit for Woodford and endeavour to exceed client expectations regarding quality, programme, and budget, thereby portraying a positive image of Woodford to the client.
Working with the Contracts Managers, the Project Manager is in continuous contact with clients and other main contractors to identify future opportunities and manage bids in conjunction with the Estimating Department as required.
