THE ROLE
As a CRM Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Manage the end-to-end process for campaign and execution across Holiday and Holiday Homes.
* Support the creative and content direction of communication to drive campaign performance
* Support delivery of tactical offers, changes and updates to campaigns. This involves working closely with the Commercial team, Brand Marketing and Digital team to ensure campaigns are executed correctly, both in terms of branding and end-to-end technical aspects.
* Deliver campaigns to support key sales periods.
* Support journey build and monitoring results to optimise the campaign leveraging customer data to best target personalised content.
* Proactively using internal reporting channels to understand the effectiveness of email campaigns and recommend improvements
Your Skills And Experience
* Strong experience in using ESP's to build and send emails
* Understanding of customer databases
* Good understanding of test and learn processes in email
* Basic project management skills
