We are looking for a HR Administrator to join us on a permanent full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 2 days from home and 3 days on site and part time opportunities can be discussed. The HR Administrator will work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day Learning and Development processes. There will also be a proportion of general HR administration work. In addition to this the HR Administrator will be required to provide a professional, engaging and people focused service to our stakeholders. Your Role Through our dedicated induction and ongoing training programme you will be responsible for delivering the following: Supporting in the administration of the Learning and Development department Supporting the delivery of internal training programmes Be a first point of contact for the business in relation to L&D queries Oversee the apprenticeship administration processes Provide cover for the HR Administration team Develop confident use of HR systems to execute the people processes and from there build expertise in reporting and interpreting data to answer queries Member of the HR Fresh Service solution platform with defined areas of ownership Work with highly confidential information in line with legal requirements, policies, and processes as a core member of the HR team Act as a first point of contact within the team for internal and external queries and escalating these as necessary Scope to partake or contribute to the delivery of HR briefings and training events to support managers and employees.
