Regional Sales Manager - South London
Garolla Garage Doors, known for innovative designs and high-quality products, is expanding its market presence. We seek a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead, train, and develop our sales network. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales training and implementing change.
The Regional Sales Manager will cover the southern region below London, actively involved in sales, recruiting, coaching, and building a strong team of Sales Surveyors. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
* Enhance conversion rates and selling prices with KPIs and SLAs.
* Collaborate with the National Training Manager to develop training packages.
* Conduct field sales coaching and take ownership of team performance.
* Monitor and analyse performance to achieve objectives.
* Hold team meetings to communicate targets and updates.
* Play a key role in Sales Surveyor onboarding.
* Provide ongoing field support for the sales team.
* Coordinate focused sales packages.
* Ensure compliance with Garolla standards and guidelines.
* Build and maintain relationships with Franchisee Partners and installation teams.
* Serve as the in-field contact for the sales team.
* Collaborate with underperforming team members to improve or facilitate their exit.
* Develop innovative selling approaches and motivate the team.

* Experience running a successful direct field sales team.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial and business-minded coach who can motivate others.
* Ability to embed culture change.
* Willingness to travel and stay overnight in hotels.
