Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Castleford at Snozone. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. They will also oversee marketing initiatives and collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
3. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
4. Knowledge of the sports and leisure or hospitality sector
5. Experience in marketing and promoting recreational activities
6. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
