We are looking for a Head of Workplace in our Service Architecture group, within Customer Service Design. CSD solutions and architects all of Computacenter’s Managed Services Customer opportunities, delivering market leading service solutions across our core capabilities within Lifecycle, Workplace and Enterprise.
Our Service Architecture group are aligned to our portfolio and provide detailed service design and commercial construct to meet customer needs. The dynamic team are located across Europe and bring a wealth of experience and a wide range of skills.
As part of the leadership team for Service Architecture you will be key in growing Computacenter’s Managed Services business and driving continual improvement in how we design brilliant services for our customers that enable them to change the world.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for ensuring that Computacenter’s Workplace Services are designed by a highly skilled and effective team that deliver Industry leading designs that are compelling to our target market, including commercial construct and service description.
1. Work closely with internal customers to design new and profitable services; be responsible for helping to address customer's business needs by designing solutions and services from across the service portfolio.
2. Ensures training delivered is continuously reviewed and improved, and new training areas are developed to a high standard in collaboration with the Workplace Portfolio and Service Architecture Leadership
3. Ensures all Deal engagements for Workplace are resourced effectively.
4. Drive team accountability for design quality, including commercial, design, artefacts and bid response content.
5. Inputs into Service Architecture ways of working and interfaces into other processes.
6. Drives adoption of group ways of working, including quality framework and measures
7. Effective escalation management for any design related issues/risks that will impact the deal negatively.
8. Mentor team members including aspects of leadership, methodology, approach, stakeholder management and people skills.
9. Conduct design reviews, pre submission reviews, continual improvement reviews and adoption reviews.
10. Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and winning together values.
11. Establish and maintain key stakeholder network.
12. Ensuring and monitoring the quality of service and the satisfaction of internal and external customers (Customer Satisfaction).
13. Constantly strive to improve quality of service provided to internal stakeholders and customer designs.
14. Manage customer, supplier and third-party relationships to ensure benchmarks set by the company in terms of service quality, competitiveness and KPI's.
15. Develop, agree, and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the efficiency of the area of responsibility in the medium and long term whilst optimising service cost.
What you’ll need
16. Minimum 7–10-year experience within a leading IT Services provider.
17. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a pre-sales design function and successful personnel management.
18. Experience of designing or delivering services in the Workplace tower.
19. Excellent awareness of the marketplace, industry, and stakeholders
