Job Description Are you ready to take the next step in your veterinary career? We're seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team and make a real impact across our practices. About Us: Our newly refurbished facilities, completed in December 2022, offer state-of-the-art equipment including three operating theatres (one dedicated to orthopaedics with DR X-ray), an ultrasound suite, X-ray, and a dental room. We're proud to work towards gold ISFM standards for both our practice and cattery, with plans to gain Hospital status in the near future. Our recently established OOH service supports several branch practices, ensuring seamless care for our clients. The Role: In this role, you'll work closely with the Clinical Director (CD), providing direct support and leadership across our two sites in Warrington. You’ll manage a team of vets, oversee clinical governance, and contribute to the ongoing development and success of our practices. Your role will involve both clinical duties and managerial tasks, helping to drive growth and enhance team performance. Full-time (4 days per week0 3 days in 1 practice and 1 day in the other) Rota : 1:4 Saturdays, 1:12 Sundays, and 1 or 2 bank holidays per year (TOIL or holiday hours provided for weekend/bank holiday work) Why Join Us?
