About the Role As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in: Engaging with install engineers to ensure they have materials required for the daily installations. Communicating daily with supply chain partners Organising any missing or damaged equipment to be reissued and delivered Arranging delivery of supplies to customers’ homes. Ensuring all notes are updated on our platform Building relationships with engineers Who you are: We are looking for a reliable and organised person who is detail-oriented and able to manage tasks efficiently. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, plus: IT literate with proficiency in mainstream software (Excel, Email, Word). Committed to achieving the best outcomes for customers, with a focus on delivering excellent service. Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to handle a range of tasks and workloads. Self-motivated, confident in working independently, as well as being a team player. Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, engineers, and customers.
