Role Overview: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service. Your role involves building strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and tackling challenges with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Work closely with internal teams to keep customer orders moving smoothly. Lead and join weekly calls to keep customers updated and happy. Handle incoming business calls with a friendly, professional touch. Tackle administrative tasks with ease, using Word, Excel, and Outlook. Process shipments and invoices daily using the ERP system like a pro. Manage product returns and replacements quickly and efficiently. Log and resolve customer complaints in the system with a sense of urgency. Lend a hand to other internal teams with documentation and admin support. Jump in on other tasks as needed—no two days are the same Key Skills: A background in customer service. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
