Personal Assistant You will play a pivotal role in managing business operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director, you will drive operational efficiency, oversee key business functions, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Personal Assistant with strong leadership and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. How will you be the change? Acting as the gatekeeper to diaries, establishing yourself as an extension of the Managing Director and Sales Director and therefore the first point of contact in many cases. Protecting their time when necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries appropriately. Coordinate and manage the Managing Director and Sales Director s calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritise and schedule commitments, ensuring efficient use of executive's time. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them. Conduct market research and business analysis to support strategic decision-making. Administrative Support to include filing, copying, scanning, and organising documents. Financial Oversight & Budget Management Handle expense reports, invoicing, and financial documentation. Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as the first point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and business proposals. Manage and respond to critical communications on behalf of the Managing Director. Compliance & Confidentiality Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Be One of a Kind Your Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software applications. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems proactively. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. What does it take?
