We are seeking a meticulous HR Administrator with a keen interest in life science. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consistent and efficient support to the Human Resources department. Description Collaborate with HR and operations teams to improve HR administration processes. Manage UK employee lifecycle documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation Act as first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and related topics. Identify and implement improvements to HR service delivery. Manage the HR Shared Services inbox daily. Assist with drafting and delivering HR policy, benefits, and procedural communications to employees. Deliver HR information sessions to new employees during their first weeks. Maintain and update the global HR team's security matrix and access to employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws. Input employee data changes into Oracle Fusion and ADP Celergo, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Work with the Group Compliance Team to update HR ROPA. Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Update the UK Group SIPP platform with pension and new employee data for auto-enrollment. Ensure timely distribution of auto-enrolment correspondence to UK employees. Monitor holiday accruals and work with managers to ensure compliance with company policies. Notify managers of service anniversaries, probation reviews, fixed-term contracts, and visa expirations. Partner with Digital Learning for new employee onboarding training. Collaborate with Digital Marketing to keep the intranet updated with onboarding documents, wellbeing info, benefits, and contacts. Manage third-party benefits correspondence and ensure accurate setup for new employees. Work with Group Finance to send P11D data for UK employees annually. Support HR annual cycles, including pay reviews, performance reviews, and engagement surveys. Maintain HR databases, reports, and records as per team requirements. Oversee the administration of Company Fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with the Company Car Policy. Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources or related field. Proficiency in HR systems and databases. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong knowledge of employment laws and practices. An ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Job Offer Competitive salary range of approximately £27,000 - £32,000. Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days.
