Supported Living Team Leader
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Team Leader to join an established provider of supported living care in the Kettering area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support to your clients.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
4. Provide mentoring and training to team members.
Requirements:
1. Solid, recent background in the care sector, working at Team Leader level or equivalent.
2. Minimum qualification of Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care.
3. Clean driving licence.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week.
Salary:
£23,650 to £26,000 per annum, subject to review from 1 April each year.
Benefits:
1. 5.6 weeks holiday plus 8 days bank holidays per annum (pro rata).
2. Up to 10 days Company sick pay per annum after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
3. Company-funded in-house training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
