About the Role
The Administrator will be responsible for delivering administration in a timely and effective manner to support the Property Transfer/Legal administration team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the Property Transfer/Legal administration team
* Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
* Preparing and editing documents and reports
* Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
