Your Role:
As a Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
* Building strong, long-term relationships with clients in your brand
* Sourcing and headhunting high-caliber candidates for your clients
* Managing interviews, negotiations, and job offers
* Becoming an expert in your specialist market

What We’re Looking For:
* Graduates from 2022-2024 or with up to 12 months of transferable experience in e.g. Retail or hospitality
* Sales or BD experience is a plus, but not required
