Ascent will continue to work towards maintaining our commitment to those with disabilities A day in the life of an Ascent Application Relationship Manager As the Application Relationship Manager You will be involved with: Overseeing the development, maintenance, through life management and continuous service improvement of the Ascent Training Operations Management System (ATOMS) and associated customer relationship management (CRM) activities. This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of the application and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. You will demonstrate: Proven experience as an Application Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on CRM systems. Strong technical skills in application development, excellent leadership and team management abilities, and effective communication skills. In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, application development methodologies, and security best practices What will make you successful? You will already have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or relevant experience) What can we offer you in return?
