This is a hybrid role.
What you'll do: Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and other professionals to help manage and support the funds and related entities.
Open and manage bank accounts for the fund and related companies.
Make sure all money is handled properly and in line with the funds rules and legal documents.
Handle the transfer of funds on time, especially for investment purposes, and make sure all transfers follow the relevant agreements.
Keep an eye on bank accounts to ensure payments go through, and work with banks to fix any issues.
Submit VAT (tax) returns to HMRC when required.
Carry out identity checks and risk assessments for new clients as part of anti-money laundering procedures.
Make sure the fund and related entities follow their investment rules and legal obligations.
What you'll need: High standard of organisation and planning skills.
Fund administration experience is preferable Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in relevant software and Microsoft Office applications, with particular expertise in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
