Working 36.5 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Grade 5 role working in the Early Years, Childcare and Children's Centre Service. You will be an experienced data and information manager with strong analysis, organisation, communication and IT skills. The role will : Support the Early Years, Childcare and Children’s Centre Service by ensuring data reporting and ICT systems are adequate to meet statutory obligations in relation to:- Administering Early Education Entitlement Supporting quality improvement in childcare providers judged by OfSTED to be inadequate or requiring improvement; Supporting co-ordination of safeguarding information systems; Meeting the statutory information duty relating to childcare. Develop system requirements in liaison with business colleagues to meet changing business needs or statutory duties. Define and review the links and data flows between Early Years systems, liaising with business colleagues and ICT contractor partners to ensure these are effectively managed and understood. Develop and maintain performance management frameworks to link in to local and national data processes and support the service and wider Education and Skills Directorate.
