Main Duties:
1. Provide an efficient and effective confidential service to support the Chief Executive in their role.
2. Manage and operate the Chief Executive's inbox, including acknowledging and responding to correspondence in a timely manner, redirecting and flagging emails for action, and following up for responses.
3. Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality when communicating sensitive or contentious information with internal staff and external stakeholders.
4. Make rapid and accurate assessments of urgent or sensitive situations that could be addressed by other colleagues.
5. Work in accordance with the Chief Executive's Office Standard Operating Procedure.
6. Perform any other duties as required by the Head of Office.
7. Build excellent working relationships and teamwork skills with members of the Chief Executive's Office, Executive Office, and Corporate Services Team.
8. Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and open communication with all members of the organization.
